Adult Training

On Mondays and Wednesdays, our 'Fit for Life' group trains in Portmarnock and caters for beginner/more casual and social running enthusiasts. Distances range from 5km - 10km.

The senior group trains Tuesdays and Thursdays around Portmarnock, where there is a focus on speed, interval, tempo and cross country, depending on the time of the year. In the winter months, we offer track sessions in ALSAA, where all adult members can join. Every Sunday, the club has a long Sunday run, with varying distances depending on individual goals.
