💪 August Cross Country Training Plan
Want to get a head start before club training resumes?
We've put together a four-week August Cross Country Training Plan to help athletes build their fitness and confidence ahead of the new season. The plan is suitable for all abilities and includes a mixture of easy runs, hill sessions, strides and fun fartlek training.

👟 Coach-Led August Sessions
We're also hoping to run a number of coach-led training sessions during August. These sessions will give athletes the opportunity to train together, build confidence and ease back into cross country before the first races of the season.
📲 Dates, times and meeting locations will be shared via the Juvenile WhatsApp group once arrangements have been finalised.
We look forward to seeing lots of our young athletes representing Portmarnock AC in our black and amber colours this season! 🖤💛
